Dupes oscillating between fire pole and ladder until they suffocate

Well the dancing dupe glitch is back and better than ever! Watch as your dupes shuffle endlessly between fire pole and ladder until they suffocate! ...This is unacceptable. I have attached both a video and my save, which will load right to the beginning of the video so that you can see for yourself this quite frankly very frustrating glitch. Could have sworn I read in one of the patch notes that this was fixed but apparently not:
