Duplicants sometimes randomly fall two of three blocks into the ground and start to suffocate. They can be dug back out if you get to them in time but they can't dig themselves out and you can't see them in the ground so you're not alerted about it until they're suffocating

I'm not sure what causes it, I think it was on sand the few times that it happened but I don't know if it's a sand specific issue
