Dupes can't reach dig errands, while its clearly accessible

for some reason dupes cant find their way to the dig commands. even though dupes are right next to it. it will say unreachable dig.

I had a very similar issue. Digging but also I had three tile in a row I wanted to mop. They all clearly should have been moppable, but only one was. Also had a digging duplicant that kept glitching out in place.

No mods.

Saved and reloaded and it all worked again.

yeah have the very same issue here too yes I use mods but first none of them change the errands or duplicants behavoir in any way at all (I have tested it without mods too still had this bug too) 
this showed me to my miner and the mining command was still very bright white meaning the game does not even realzie they can mine that... and the dupe kind is just stuck without even an idle animtion which looks super creppy  as seen in those picurtes... in the background you can only see the scafolding that is yes indeed a mod but the dupe can get there on the gravitas tile without any issues

We are investigating this issue. Any help with finding a reliable way to reproduce this would be greatly appreciated. More information and saves the better.

Has anyone encountered it and is not using door permissions/suit checkpoints?

I'm sure this is going to SUCK to investigate, sorry about that.

Unfortunately it tends to happen in long play sessions for me, and it's cleared on save/load.

I did have a single suit checkpoint in my game, very simple setup with a single base behind the checkpoint and everything else "outside." It was not implicated directly: dupes were standing right next to the issue. I had it as a mop issue where of three tiles in a row, two were bugged and one was not. No doors directly involved.

I don't think I had door permissions set. I did have some locked doors that used to allow dupes in and out of the base.

@francis2559 Thanks for the information. How many times has this happened to you? What is the quickest it's happened?

If it happens again could you select a Duplicant and click "Show Navigation" and post a screenshot?

Could you please attach your save file and point to the areas where you noticed them getting stuck?

I had the same bug, but after restarting it was fixed. And they also couldn’t build or do anything where the stairs were.
