Dupes are trapped in door tiles when floor is removed

Dupes lack the logic to simply "escape" a door tile that is missing its floor tile.

Steps to Reproduce

Build a door on top of a floor tile, completely normally.

Tell a dupe to deconstruct the tile underneath the door, while standing on that tile.

Dupe is now considered "trapped" because they're inside a door tile that has no floor for them to stand on, however they Are standing there somehow, in mid air technically lol. Opening or closing, or locking the door doesn't eject/recover them either.

Dupe needs to either simply move to the tile right next to them and they're free, or fall because there's no tile for them to stand on.

This applies to horizontally placed doors too- if you set out a bottom perimeter wall on your base with a horizontal door for access to below that point, with a ladder directly underneath the door as is needed, very often the dupe will build the door, stand inside the door to dig for the ladder below, then as soon as their dig is complete, they are trapped because the ladder isn't built yet and they're standing in mid air inside a door.

If the materials were there or within reach, they can complete building the ladder under their feet and recover, but if the materials aren't there, they set up the above "missing tile beneath a door" bug, and they are trapped. Deconstructing the door is sometimes needed to save their lives, which they can thankfully do from their position XD
