Dupes All Became Idle Even In Red Alert *solved*

I was trying to build some air ducts to transfer the CO2 I collecting at the bottom of my base, so it would go into a cavern already filled with CO2 above my colony. I set the dupe tasks to just Build and Transfer, but they refused to do any work even in Red Alert and allowed the captured CO2 to flood the colony.

Edit: Okay, I figured out the problem. I had no Sedimentary Rock. I had to search the whole map before I found any and it was barely anything. I was able to complete the build, but it was still too late.
