Dupe waiting to be swept

One of my Dupes, Ellie, somehow entered a "sweep pending" status. I have no idea what happened. After quit and reload, she is still waiting for someone to sweep her off her feet. I can cancel the sweep request on her.

I have attached the save file in case that helps someone figure it out.

Happened to me once when I was area-marking things for sweeping and a dupe was just doing something in that area - it's a while so I don't remember exactly what that was but I think it might have been enabling or disabling a machine, or perhaps adjusting a valve.

Nobody came to sweep him though, he was just running around with the mark.
