Dupe Suffocation pathing into Rubber Banding

So I finally have a good save that I have had almost four sets of rubber banding for my dupes.  It happens just left of the printing pod, where the Chlorine is piled up on top of the CO2 near the top of the ladder.  They'll keep switching between the clean O2 right above them, or the clean O2 in my power trunk to the left.  I hope this save can help you guys get the AI to stop doing this.
