A dupe appeared to deconstruct a ladder while hanging onto it.

The ladder I tried to deconstruct used to be under Cass, but I put a tile there thinking that may fix it.

Steps to Reproduce
Have a dupe deconstruct a ladder in a 1 tile wide gap. May require a planter box on top or a water pipe behind it.

YES i had the exact same bug at least a couple of times.

Edit: you can fix it by placing ladder back in the same place the dupe got stuck
