Dupe stuck after destroying ladder

I've had it happen twice so far; if a dupe is building/destroying something on a ladder and another dupe destroys said ladder, they remain stuck in their climbing state on a nonexistent block. They will remain there until starvation/suffocation or until the ladder underneath is destroyed, causing them to fall.

Steps to Reproduce
(Both times) I had a dupe building a tile 2 blocks above them while another dupe destroyed the ladder they were on. I'm unsure if there's any specific timing involved.

Not sure, I just got the game on Steam a few days ago. I'm assuming not, since you said 'preview'. Where can I get it?
