dupe is frozen and won't move

In the picture Ari was on the way to the generator when she got frozen and didn't move for the rest of the cycle(unless I cheat and teleport her to reset her path) This is not the first time I seen this bug after RU went live and hope it will be fixed soon.  I included a SAVE file of when this picture was taken.
