dupe info is in the wrong place, when using virtual planetarium

While using the virtual planetarium duplicants info is in the wrong place. It doesn't follow duplicant while they are using the machine. This leads to some graphical bugs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. get a virtual planetarium

2. use it

3. try to click operating duplicant for info
