Dupe Entombed on game load

What happens is that the Dupe was standing on a tile that was dug up. The animation of the Dupe reacting to it has the Dupe jump before falling. That jump if there is a Tile above their head causes the Dupe's head to sometimes get stuck.

In this case, that passage way below the tiles has been open for many cycles.  The dupes were not stuck when the game was saved.  When I loaded back in, they were miraculously stuck.  I should see if any of the previous auto-saves are still there (doubtful due to succeeding games), and see if i can get it to replicate.
