Dup keeps putting same liceloaf in ration box

I have a ration box in a room below a microbe musher. A dup stands on the ladder between floors and keeps picking up a liceloaf and dropping it in the ration box - this typically happens 8 - 10 times for a single liceloaf. The liceloaf never actually gets picked up or put in the ration box.

Steps to Reproduce
I've had this setup since very early game, but the issue only just started happening - around 100 cycles or so.

I've seen a sweeper do this too attempting to move milligrams or micrograms of food into a fridge.  Never seemed to actually put any in there, but at those amounts it would take a long time to move it.  Deconstruct the box and rebuild it solves that problem.
