Dream Machine reports story completion after connecting empty pipe, with no oxygen supply. Dream Notes were provided earlier.

Note: despite triggering message and dupes' happy reaction, no extra effect is applied until oxygen is added to the machine

Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate Somnium Synthesizer

2. Provide Dreams to it

3. Build empty gas pipe
