The 'All' category on storage compactors is or was causing issues for newly found materials - having unselected groups in the storage compactor should put this into specifics mode and not allow 'All' to receive new categories of found items in those compactors where we have selected specific catergories. If this is in fact the current implementation, then the 'All' category is being checkmarked when it should be bullet pointed so that we have some assurance that no newly found categories are going to be stored in storage compactors where we have made specific changes.
