When a disabled petro generator exists on the power network, it will be add to the power wasted count, even when it isn't working.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Make Petro generator, hook it up and all, and run it a bit 2) Disable it 3) Look at report 4) Deconstruct said Petro generator 5) Power wasted no longer goes up.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
