Destroying a suffocating Duplicant freezes the game

Sandbox mode

Issue: As noted in the title, when I try to delete a Duplicant – using the 'Destroy' tool in Sandbox mode – that is under the 'Suffocating' effect, the client becomes unresponsive. I forcefully closed the client after a minute.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn or send a Duplicant into unbreathable atmosphere or vacuum.

2. Wait until the Duplicant gets 'Suffocating' effect.

3. Use 'Destroy' tool on the Duplicant.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
