destroyed prebuild tiles do not disapear

Hello KLei Development-Team,

in first, sorry for my bad english.

I don't know if it is a known issue.

My Dupe reached his 100% stess (Destructive).
He destroyd a prebuild Tile(the checkered ones made of Sandstone) but i does not disapear.
A Plug Slug went through this tile an gets in the room next door.

When i mouseover the tile it shows all its Params, but is no longer a barrier for my plug slug.

I attached a screenshot and framed the tile, from what i know its buggy, in red.
Maybe the upper tiles have the same bug, they where stress-targets too.I hope it helped, to improve that awsome game :)

Steps to Reproduce

destroyed prebuild tiles by a dupe during stress-reaction, are no longer a barrier for critters(Slug Plug)
