Deodorizers Won't Process <100g packets of PO2

I think this has been present for a while, but on my latest build it's annoying me enough to report it as a bug. A small packet will get stuck and be unable to process, which will then escape when deconstructed. This kills my OCD seeing the little purple splotches on my O2 overlay.


Steps to Reproduce
1. Start a new game. 2. Build a deodorizer near a source of PO2. 3. See that it will process until an amount <100g remains.
