I have 4 ranch : stone hatch, glossy drecko, squeaky puft and dense puft. My dense puft suddenly have trouble getting called at the grooming station. My rancher call them, sometime they come, other time no puft move (beside their normal random movement), even after 30 seconds or more of calling.
