Default settings' Atmo Suit Durability is not default

@Eglusaxie that's because in base game, atmo suits were always indestructible. So after an update (in this case a new dlc + mergedown update), they stayed that way while in the dlc they have the actual "default" value by default 

it's 2025. i am still think it should be default by default in base game settings. it should be a part of standard game experience.
