Say you build a plant pot/sculpture on a block, you can remove the block beneath and the decoration still provides its full effect with the missing foundation status. I guess it still isn't as effective as paintings anyway, but you get the idea! Hanging plant pots in my early game though, GRR! Also FIRE update next I hope?
