Deconstruct Gas Vent leaves unsweepable bottle

hi i noticed when i played with the gasvents if i deconstruct em when there is gas flowing it drops an unsweepable bottleblocking tools and utilitys like gas valves...

Steps to Reproduce
pipe gas throu a vent and deconstruct it to leave a unsweepable bottle of oxygene or co2
Go to bugs

Usually when you click on said bottle a "Empty Building" button appears in the area for "Sweep" which will release the gas/liquid inside.
