deconstruct conveyor rails in shipping overlay - no visual feedback

Hi!

If you switch to shipping overlay and deconstruct some components, the things you deconstructed aren't marked with the little red "x" indicating they'll be destroyed. It can be confusing making you think you had your filter set incorrectly or something.

But, switching back to the F1 view shows the indicator that your things will be deconstructed.
