FOW- Building in debug mode in the FOW area results in error flags not being shown on equipment, no equipment shows through on selecting layer., here easier to show than to say this one.

When trying to build in debug mode I get

2. Deconstruct  to fast spawns material blocks

Build while paused

then deconstruct

Now unpause and watch magic happen.
