Dead Duplicant "Lashing out"

I suffocated 2 of my dupes. About half a day later I get a red pop-up message box that one of the dead dupes is lashing out to relieve stress, and has broken a building (she didn't, of course). The message also didn't go away until I quit and restarted the game.
