The Inspect button resets every time I load a save allowing me to get more data packs I shouldn't be able to. I have got every expansion and incrementally updated my save.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Changed Status to Fixed

This was fixed in today's hotfix and I've tested your save. Since you played on 719533 and saved this means all buildings have been reset. The next time you inspect them it will remember that they were inspected.
