Creepy double mouth while eating still present

When speaking while eating, dupes still have two creepy mouths.

Steps to Reproduce
Have dupes eat and speak.

This seems to be only happening when dupes eat while sitting on the floor. When they eat at a mess-table, the "wrong-colored cheeks" effect is visible instead, but only one mouth.
