Crash when using transit tube after delivering 25th dream journal

I got a crash when delivering dream journal to an already active Somnium Synthesizer (I didn't supply it any oxygen, not sure if that the case).

Use Rat's Nest4 save (Rat's Nest2 doesn't have enough dream journal yet)

Steps to Reproduce

Load the save let dupe delivery dream journal

Further testing without using transit tube seem to work fine.

Now the crash was when dupe entering transit tube after done with delivering 25th dream journal, and errand from Somnium Synthesizer is gone.
