Crash When Starting Up Game

When I'm in Steam and I click 'Play'. An Oxygen Not Included window opens, but the screen is just black. Clicking the screen will result in the 'Program not Responding' window.

I have tried re-installing the game, disabling the firewall while doing so, but the issue has not been fixed.

Steps to Reproduce
I started Oxygen Not Included through Steam, and it crashed.
Go to bugs
