Edit: while reinstalling the game, restarting ONI, and restarting Steam didn't fix anything, Restarting windows did. It's probably safe to close this ticket.
After installing the 266385 Hotfix, the game crashes on startup. The strange thing is a fresh install both with and without the preview branch crash.
