Crash on Start

I update to oil now every time it starts it crashes before I see home screen. Here is an error log please help I wanna play super bad. XD

Steps to Reproduce
1.Start the Game 2.Watch your dreams burn as it crashes like a plane from Malaysian airlines.

Could you please try validating the game's integrity? You can do that by right clicking on the game in Steam, and going to Properties. Then in the Local Files tab, click on Verify Integrity of Game Files...
