Install game, launch game, get crash notification. Verify integrity, run as admin, install on different drive, PC restart yield no results. Crash files attached.

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

Looking at the crash dump, it looks like Steam is crashing in one of it's dlls: 

CSteamworks.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
  in module CSteamworks.dll at 0033:1492a595.

I know this is a huge pain but it might be fixed by reinstalling Steam.

That worked.. Took 12 hours and massive amounts of re-downloading of steam games... But it worked. Thanks.
