The tool tip here lacks the athletics skill level of the duplicant. This tooltip also ignores relevant traits such as 'buff' or 'anemic'.
It seems more like "Gopher" should be listed in the Qualifications, athletics and possibly 'buff' listed in Relevant skills. Or buff listed in relevant traits ( relevant traits possibly being their own category).
The tooltip regarding courier role bonuses via the duplicant info windows: stats _ attributes _ athletics, tooltip describes "gopher" rather than "courier". Liera is a courier, tooltip lists bonus from gopher with value of courier bonus.
