This has happened on two occasions on different save files. Place permeable gas tiles and some of them would not get constructed no matter the priority. Would save game and exit to main menu. Re-load game and then dupes instantly go to place those permeable gas tiles. Then the game would crash and "get sucked into black hole" at the same moment every time I try to reload.
