"Copy" should maintain rotational orientation of copied item

I will use an AND gate as an example. If I click on one and select "copy", I should not have to rotate it in order to achieve the orientation of the original part.

I think that orientation is not preserved is counter-intuitive enough that I'll post it as a bug. The type of part is preserved (obviously) and the material is preserved. Rotation is part of the part and should be copied.
