Cook Supply does not work

When setting duplicants to Cook as their only priority they will stand idle while microbe mushers need supply. Cook duty says Cook, Cook Supply. When given the additional priority of Supply they will supply the Microbe Musher but also other things as well.

Steps to Reproduce
Just set duplicants to Cook only.
Go to bugs

Hi, when I tried to reproduce this, I was able to get my dupes to supply the musher with only the Cook priority. If you have a save that is exhibiting this issue, that will help track this down. Thanks!
