Conveyor rail temperature sensors continue to output a green signal if the rail is empty and the last temperature read allows it to output green.
I don't think this is supposed to be the case based on the gas and liquid temperature sensors.
Steps to Reproduce
Build a conveyor temperature sensor and have something go through the rail and cause it to output a green signal. It doesn't reset to red when noting is on the rail.
