Stored contents of gas/liquid reservoir gets falsely exposed to outside gasses, opening an exploit for easy disinfection of gases and fluids.

Steps to Reproduce
Build a gas or liquid reservoir, pipe in germ loaded content, surround the reservoir with chlorine => germs in the stored contents die as if in chlorine.
