I've built a room with an AETN. It's filled with 2000 g hydrogen per tile.
Now I'm pumping sour gas in it. After a while I deactivate the upper right gas pump. Magically there's less hydrogen in the room now:

Steps to Reproduce
Load savegame, check the hydrogen pressure in the middle room. Let the game run for a cycle. Disable upper right gas pump. Wait until all sour gas has condenced. Now you will see that there is less hydrogen as before.
