Compost Edibles being thrown out of storage on relog

When I loaded up my current save file, the Compost Edibles that were previously in storage were thrown out. The compactor actually did the throw out animation, they weren't just on the floor when I loaded it. I don't know what could be causing this because I have saved and reloaded this file before without it happening, the only difference this time was that I started a new file after saving this one and the went back to this one. It happens every time I load the file, so I'll attach it:

It seems like this happens every time I load up the file (I've made some progress in the meantime) and it happens on other storage compactors too.
