As you see the deconstruction or unloading of the astronaut is impossible after the rocket return
Bonus. From what I see, or the planet isn't at 10000 km distance, or the time compressed. The total travel time was 1 cycle... see previous bugs report

If you deconstruct the bottom platform it show the message rocket landing on left, until you build it back
After building the bottom platform it show the same message until you reload.
After reloading the deconstruction message on command module repair.
Possible cause ... Missing tiles from the horizontal platform. You have the deconstruction message only after reload an only if the bottom platform is complete.
Steps to Reproduce
Send a rocket to any destination. Upon return you can't deconstruct the command module. The actual travel time is different from the estimated travel time.
