CO2 lacks liquifiable tag, can't be put in compressors

Solid CO2 doesn't have the liquifiable or raw mineral tags (both of which would be appropriate), and thus can't be stored in storage compressors. I have a bunch of solid CO2 lying around my AETN and there's no way to use it as a heat buffer by putting it somewhere useful.
