Clicking on "Unrefrigerated Food" messages opens the food menu

When the Unrefrigerated Food alert is displayed, clicking on the message opens the food construction menu instead of moving the camera to the food.

This is inconsistent with eg. the Insufficient Oxygen generation message which focuses on the O2 generators when clicked.

Steps to Reproduce
Click on the 'unregrigerated food' message
