clean composts create desinfect errands after being flipped

Hello,

I didn't noticed before but it caught my attention when the cleaner dupe wastes time on composts. I have a wash basin next to the composts.

If I have the automatic desinfection turned on at 0 germs and a completely clean compost was flipped by a clean dupe the tidy dupe runs to it and desinfect the building. It's not necessary. Also, the compost flipper stays germ-free.

Of course it doesn't occur if I have it at 1 germ, but still.  Edit: Still happens at 1 germ.
