Circuit warning text color coding sticking to decimal of material concentrations.

Attempting to build on or add wire to a strained or ( overloaded ) circuit and switching to the O2 layer seems to cause this issue shown below. The issue seems to correct itself by hovering over the circuit or any circuit that's not strained. I only tested reproducing as I describe it below.

Steps to Reproduce
Enter wire construction mode and hover over a circuit you intend to extend - the circuit must show the red text as seen in the images above (over wattage warning) - ( Keep the pointer hovering over the circuit, then... ) Hit F1 to enter O2 layer. Right click to exit build mode, and then again to exit O2 layer ( if needed ). Now, move the pointer/selector off of the circuit. Decimal point and number should be in red following these steps.
