Change Material / Rebuild does not work when switching planetoids in between

When I order a rebuild with a different material, the building gets a deconstruction errand, and then the new build order is placed as expected.

However, when I switch to another planet after ordering the rebuild, the building is deconstructed, but the new build order is not placed.

Steps to Reproduce

Order change material on a building
Before the deconstruction errand finishes, switch to another planetoid
Wait a few seconds on the other planet to make sure the deconstruction is finished
Switch back -> building is gone, new build order is not placed
