On both types of transformers, in either orientation, it is sometimes impossible to start building a run of wire (or marking a run for deconstruction) by clicking on the cell that contains the power input port of an existing transformer. Dragging a wire to the port works as expected. Blueprints for transformers don't seem to have this issue. It doesn't not always occur and no consistent pattern is immediately obvious. This has been seen in both the Launch Upgrade beta branch as well as the released Mk3 build.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Build a transformer of either type in any orientation, or find an existing one. 2. Attempt to build a wire by clicking on the cell containing the power input port and beginning to drag. The wire blueprint may or may not be created. This can also happen when marking an existing wire for deconstruction or replacing the wire with another type.
