Can't use materials

I was trying to build something but it said I didn't have enough materials for it. I didn't had this problem until I build storage containers. After checking my storage containers I found out that my storage containers hold 10t sandstone but still I couldn't build anything.

Steps to Reproduce
I build storage containers - tried build something - says I have not enough materials while I have tons of materials.
Go to bugs

You have issued more build orders than you have spare material lying around base.  Give your dupes time to build that and in the course of digging it out they will gather enough material to build more things.  Also algae terrarium is a trap, its a Huge waste of resources for no comparable gain.  Algae Deoxidizer to Electrolizer is a much better bet.
TLRD: Not a bug, too many build orders on a brand new base
