Can't scroll on research page

There is no way to scroll when the research tree is open (no bar where it should be). This effectively cuts off research options. Zooming in and out via UI makes no difference, neither does fullscreen or partial window. Open close game, etc.

Steps to Reproduce
Load game, build a research station, try to research.
Go to bugs

Experiencing the same issue. Mine is cut off by the plumbing branch, can't access the advanced research. Only started with the new release.

When I zoomed out the UI I could get a bit more to show (though you still miss decor and some others). At least it might be more playable that way.

Thanks for pointing this out. There will be a fix for the missing scroll bar shortly.
Are you able to scroll the panel by clicking the background and dragging, or is this also broken?
